Bakery Manager, Livingston, NJ

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise department staff to include scheduling, training, and assigning duties
• Implement all merchandising programs
• Ensure standards of Department presentation and operations are met, including cleanliness and sanitation, inventory control, rotation, quality, ordering, variety standards, signing, seasonal schematic
• Order and inventory control to meet division "turn" goals
• Maintain variety standards and 100% compliance on ad item display
• Follow paperwork as set by the Division
• Perform all other related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or relevant work history
• One year of Baker/Decorator experience
• Strong leadership ability
• Strong Customer Service qualities
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business dictates
