About the role
We're looking for a Bakery Manager to bring joy to our teams and guests!
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Prioritizes the guest experience, recruits and trains team members, engages with team members, provides coaching, and manages performance.
- Business Operations: Facilitates bakery operations, manages inventory, oversees marketing efforts, and performs administrative tasks.
- Local Marketing: Leads community outreach and special event coordination.
Requirements
- Education and Certifications: High school diploma or GED, post-secondary education preferred; foodservice safety training certificate required.
- Experience: 1-3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or foodservice; experience in team management, productivity goal setting, inventory management, and cost control.
- Skills and Abilities: Basic retail math and P&L principles understanding, ability to interpret and analyze business data, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to delegate and manage performance, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and a passion for learning.
