Bakery Helper - Immediate Opening

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare bakery items including donuts, cakes, and breads
• Fill, rotate, and display cases; assist with product receiving and merchandising
• Maintain store cleanliness and sanitation
• Support team efforts to ensure an excellent customer experience
• Afford assistance with lifting (up to 50 lbs.), heavy lifting, and equipment operation

Qualifications & Skills

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a focus on customer service
• Experience in bakery operations and knowledge of pastries, ovens, and food safety
• Motivated to learn and grow within the role
• Ability to perform physical tasks and operate equipment like mixers, ovens, and slicers
• Basic computer skills, judgment, and decision-making abilities

Physical & Environmental Demands

• Includes lifting, bending, standing, repetitive motions, and working in varied temperatures and wet environments
• Exposure to hot grease and heavy equipment
