About the role
A Kroger Bakery Clerk creates an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service while encouraging other associates to do the same. As a Bakery team member, you will establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages customers to return. You will assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals and monitor all established quality assurance standards. Most importantly, you should demonstrate Kroger’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
