About the role

Festival Foods is a Wisconsin grocer dedicated to community service and guest satisfaction. We operate over 40 full-service supermarkets across Wisconsin. This position is open to passionate bakers and pastry enthusiasts who can provide exceptional service and maintain high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service
• Follow recipes and production lists precisely
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to health department guidelines
• Oversee inventory and stock management
• Assist guests with foodservice and product inquiries
• Maintain food safety logs and quality standards
• Support the team with daily responsibilities

Requirements

• Experience dealing with guests and personnel
• Knowledge of foodservice operations
• Safety knowledge and training
• Physical abilities to stand, bend, kneel, lift up to 60 pounds

Qualifications

• Strong baking and pastry production skills
• Attention to detail and sanitation standards
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays

Pay

• Hourly rate with additional Sunday and holiday premiums for part-time store associates
• Time and a half on Sundays and select holidays for full-time store associates

Schedule

• Part-time positions may include mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
• Flexibility to work evenings or overnight as needed
