Bakery Associate

• Prepare and produce bakery items according to production plans
• Package, label, and merchandise bakery products
• Stock and rotate bakery products in the backroom
• Communicate inventory needs to the Bakery Manager
• Follow safety, food safety, PPE, and cleaning protocols
• Contribute to guest satisfaction and team goals
• Assist with tasks in other departments as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• One year of retail or related experience preferred
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills
• Detail-oriented with good communication skills

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks in a retail environment with varied temperatures and noise levels.
