Baker & Prep Cook
About the role
Call Your Mother is the Jew-ish deli where Boca meets Brooklyn, grandma-level hospitality meets seriously good bagel sandwiches, and hard work meets face-melting vibes. We built Call Your Mother around one simple idea: people deserve incredible food made by people who give an F. From our first farmers market stand in 2018, to shops across the DMV, Colorado, Chicago, and Philadelphia, we've grown by obsessing over the details and blasting the music and laughing along the way.
Behind every great guest experience is an even greater kitchen team. You’ll thrive here if you love making things from scratch, take pride in doing them right, know consistency is the secret ingredient behind great food, enjoy staying active and keeping production moving without cutting corners, like organized stations and sharp execution, treat strangers like neighbors, and see this as a team sport without big egos.
