Responsibilities
- Provides education and ensures work unit follows proper job duty protocols, safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assists department management in coordinating and achieving department goals.
- Assists with monitoring employee performance and schedules, training employees and building an effective work unit.
- Works various baking positions where needed to ensure quality and timely delivery of service.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of Baking Experience Required
