Responsibilities

• Open containers and measure or weigh ingredients.
• Mix dough, batter, and prepare baking tins for use.
• Pack baked items for delivery to dining facilities.
• Keep counters, shelves, racks and other equipment clean at all times.
• Observe safety and health regulations and maintain highest standards of sanitation.

Skills and Knowledge

• Ability to read, write and follow instructions.

Tools/Equipment

• Operate a variety of equipment including mixers, roll divider, pie machines, ovens, etc.
