About the role

Hallmark Management Service is an onsite food service management company providing residential dining service, catering, and retail operations at some locations. Our dining program specializes in made-from-scratch and made-to-order meals, offering a wide variety of fresh salads, soups, deli sandwiches, hot entrees, sides, accompaniments, and homemade desserts. Responsibilities

• Demonstrates culinary knowledge and technique with an emphasis on bakery preparation, both scratch and convenience as required.
• Uses pastry bags for cake and dessert decorating to support menu and special event requirements.
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace, storing, labeling, and rotating product according to company standards.
• Provides quality menu items and food products through company recipe and presentation standards.
• Tastes food items to ensure they meet company standards.
• Accurately completes production records.
• Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in a commercial production kitchen.
• Exhibits a "customer comes first" attitude.

Requirements

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 40 lbs.
• Constant standing and walking.
