About the role
At Einstein Bros. Bagels, our Bakers are the heart of our bakery, arriving early (as early as 3AM) to bake fresh bagels daily. You’ll ensure quality product is available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case, while also contributing to excellent guest service by assisting with order taking, sandwich making, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment.
Schedule
Stores close at 2PM, ensuring you’ll never work past 3PM—no evenings or nights. Hours vary, including early mornings (as early as 3AM) and weekends, based on business needs.
Pay
Competitive pay, plus cash and credit card tips (eligibility subject to state regulations).

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varied hours/days, including early mornings (as early as 3AM) and weekends
- Must pass a background check as required by local, state, and federal law
- Possession of a current, valid, state-issued driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations)
Physical Demands
