About the role

We are looking for a Baker. Our Bakers arrive early (as early as 3AM), turn on a podcast or their favorite band, and take care of what makes us who we are – bagels.

What's a day in the life of a Baker?

• Ensure quality product is available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case
• Work as a team to provide excellent guest service by helping with order taking, sandwich making, etc.
• Take pride in ensuring the quality of the food and beverages we serve
• Keep a safe and clean store environment

What we are looking for

• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy

Pay

$14.57 - $21.86 per hour. Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations.

*Tip eligibility subject to state regulations. **Additional benefits eligibility is subject to position guidelines at time of hire.
