About the role

At Einstein Bros. Bagels, we believe in the bagel, and we’ve been baking bagels fresh daily since 1995. Our Bakers arrive early (as early as 3AM), turn on a podcast or their favorite band, and take care of what makes us who we are—bagels! As a Baker, you ensure quality product is available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case. You’ll work as part of a team to provide excellent guest service, including order taking and sandwich making, while maintaining a safe and clean store environment.

Schedule

Our stores close at 2pm, ensuring you’ll never miss important personal events. Shifts are early (as early as 3am) and may include weekends, with no evenings or nights required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work varied hours/days, including early mornings (as early as 3am) and weekends
• Must be able to pass a background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Possession of a current, valid, state-issued driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations)
