About the role

As a Baker at Einstein Bros. Bagels, you’ll be the heart of our bakery, arriving early (as early as 3AM) to bake fresh bagels daily. You’ll ensure quality products are available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case, assist with guest service, and maintain a clean, safe store environment.

Responsibilities

• Bake fresh bagels daily to ensure quality product availability
• Stock the bagel wall and pastry case each shift
• Assist with order taking, sandwich making, and other guest service tasks
• Maintain food and beverage quality standards
• Keep the store environment safe and clean

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work varied hours/days, including early mornings (as early as 3AM) and weekends
• Must pass a background check as required by local, state, and federal law
• Possession of a current, valid, state-issued driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations)
• Physical demands include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours (accommodations available)
