Baghouse Multi-Craft Maintenance

About the role

Maintain baghouses in accordance with plant policies & environmental regulations
Operate and maintain several baghouses
Maintain CEM (Continuous Emission Monitoring)
Work with other departments/contractors to schedule and execute shutdown maintenance work
Cover for vacation and outages
Drive all components of TCOS (Take Control of Safety) - High risk exposures, PSIF initiatives/management, etc.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Must have a clear understanding and adherence to safety regulations
• Must have basic math and reading skills
• Must be self-directed with attention to details
• Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions
• Must pass a Spiro exam / fit testing for a respirator
• Must have basic welding and machining experience

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must have a strong teamwork focus

Skills

• Strong understanding of electrical, pneumatics, preventative maintenance practices
• Strong understanding of MS Office
