Shift
- 1st shift: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- During peak shifts, follows a rotating schedule of four shifts one week and three shifts the next.
- This schedule provides two long weekends off per month.
Responsibilities
- Performing good operation of Bagger machine: Load roll of laminate and thread into the Bagger machine.
- Troubleshoot problems: Identify and resolve issues during operation of the Bagger.
- Checking performance: Regularly monitor the performance of the Bagger machine.
- Bagging and labeling: Ensure all products exiting the Bagger are bagged and labeled correctly.
- Maintenance: Replace Teflon tape as needed.
- Training: Train others to operate the Bagger machine.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience with operating machinery: A plus.
- Assess operation: Ability to assess machinery operation in a fast-paced environment.
- Safety: Must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
- Languages: Fluent in English.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
