Bagger Machine Operator (Seasonal)

Shift

• 1st shift: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
• During peak shifts, follows a rotating schedule of four shifts one week and three shifts the next.
• This schedule provides two long weekends off per month.

Responsibilities

• Performing good operation of Bagger machine: Load roll of laminate and thread into the Bagger machine.
• Troubleshoot problems: Identify and resolve issues during operation of the Bagger.
• Checking performance: Regularly monitor the performance of the Bagger machine.
• Bagging and labeling: Ensure all products exiting the Bagger are bagged and labeled correctly.
• Maintenance: Replace Teflon tape as needed.
• Training: Train others to operate the Bagger machine.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience with operating machinery: A plus.
• Assess operation: Ability to assess machinery operation in a fast-paced environment.
• Safety: Must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Languages: Fluent in English.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
