Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Operate bagging and debagging equipment and maintain flow of production
- Handle products carefully to avoid damage during the bagging and debagging process
- Monitor the process to ensure it meets quality standards, including proper sealing and labeling
- Inspect products for any flaws or impurities
- Remove defective bottles from production line, and place in bin for recycling
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including cleaning and minor repairs, to ensure efficient operation
- Maintain familiarity with all applicable equipment and provide quality inspections on all related items
- Maintain communication with other departments, management, and employees; notify them of any problems and/or concerns that may restrict the efficiency of production
- Ensure paperwork is filled out in a clear, legible, and accurate format and completed with required information
- Ensure all required information is documented in accordance with SOP’s
- Utilizing continuous improvement mindset, assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes
- Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately
- Maintain safe working conditions for employees and comply with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues
- Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measurement, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimal
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks
- Must be able to push, pull, stand, walk, climb, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to be able to work in a wet environment
- May have some exposure to dust, fumes and cleaning chemicals
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime as required, occasional weekends and holidays

Pay
PAY RATE: $20.00 per hour
Schedule
SCHEDULE: 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday / 2pm - Finish / Saturdays as needed
3rd Shift: Monday - Friday / 10pm - Finish / Sundays as needed
