About the role

Festival Foods is a Wisconsin grocer operating more than 40 full‑service supermarkets. As a Bagger (Part‑Time) you will be a key part of the retail team, ensuring every shopper leaves ready to “boomerang” back again by delivering friendly, professional, and helpful service at checkout.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, providing a welcoming and helpful checkout experience.
• Bag groceries according to Festival Foods procedures, maintaining product integrity and customer satisfaction.
• Keep the checkout area clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Share customer requests and feedback with the leadership team.
• Provide prompt and courteous parcel‑pick‑up service.
• Help maintain standards and meet quality expectations by 10 am and 5 pm daily.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
• Maintain regular, timely attendance and give adequate notice for occasional absences.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods, walk in the store, bend, stoop, and lift or push 15‑20 lb regularly and up to 50 lb intermittently.
• Fine finger and broad manual dexterity, eye‑hand‑foot coordination to operate equipment.
• Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in all weather conditions.
• Read, count, and write accurately; operate necessary equipment.

Pay

• Hourly associates are paid weekly.
• Part‑time store associates receive a $1 per hour premium on Sundays and select holidays.
• Full‑time store associates receive time‑and‑a‑half on Sundays and select holidays.

Schedule

The work schedule may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on individual availability. Flexibility to work varied hours and days is required.
