About the role
Festival Foods is a Wisconsin grocer dedicated to community service and guest satisfaction. We operate over 40 full-service supermarkets throughout Wisconsin. This role is open to individuals who can provide exceptional service in a welcoming and efficient environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests, ensuring a pleasant check-out experience.
- Bag groceries according to procedures, maintaining product integrity and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the checkout area, keeping it clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Communicate customer requests and feedback to the leadership team.
- Provide parcel pickup service and support team goals.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
- Honor commitments by being regularly present and notifying a replacement for absences.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
The associate must be able to stand for long periods, walk in the store, bend, stoop, lift or push up to 20 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally. Fine finger and broad manual dexterity, along with eye-hand-foot coordination, are essential. The work schedule includes varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Work Schedule
The work schedule may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on the individual's availability. Schedules are provided two weeks in advance.
