Badging & Front Desk Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Greets, verifies, and registers visitors and connects them with intended employees or departments.
- Responds to visitor inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Observes and reports repairs needed on the entrance area.
- Reports lost and found articles promptly and accurately.
- Informs management of any issues or suspicious situations.
- Maintains strict building access control.
- Supports onboarding and orienting new hires for Sun Country Airlines.
- Coordinates pre-employment background checks and facilitates new-hire onboarding.
- Coordinates and administers pre-employment fingerprint-based criminal history background checks.
- Assists with the coordination and facilitation of the administration of all Sun Country security policies.
- Attends and completes authorized signer training for MAC (Metropolitan Airport Commission).
Qualifications
- High School Degree or equivalent, or airline experience and other training certificates.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple conflicting priorities.
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills; able to build cross-functional relationships and provide excellent client service.
- Organized, project management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, with the ability to flex into responsibilities outside of role to support business growth.
- Collaborative team player.
- Demonstrated initiative; able to function independently with minimal supervision but seek supportive coaching where needed.
- Good judgment and discretion; maintains a high level of confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of TSA regulations and Sun Country policies.
- Ability to interpret and administer ID Media policy.
- Experience with badging and front desk operations.

Pay
$20 - 22/hr.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets.
