Primary Responsibilities
- Affirms that all materials used by the server are clean and ready for daily operations.
- Knows the location of each diner's chair in the dining rooms and lounges.
- Sets the outside line with underliner plates, flatware, doilies, linen napkins, and any other items needed for food delivery.
- Sets tables according to Troon Golf standards.
- Ensures that each menu item is prepared exactly as outlined on each ticket.
- Fills and refills water glasses and removes any unused place settings.
- Delivers food from the expo to the table.
- Clears dishes located in front of guests upon completion of each course.
- Cleans and resets tables when guests leave, including changing tablecloths, brushing chairs, placing chairs at the table, replacing silverware and glassware, and replacing napkins.
- Assists the server when needed.
- Keeps workstations and closets well-stocked with items and ingredients.
- Cleans workstations and closets, takes out trash, and vacuums the dining room.
- Performs tasks safely and adheres to safe work practices.
- Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications
- Two years of experience of restaurant work preferred, but not required.
- High level of cleanliness, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Team player able to foster professional relationships with members, employees, and guests.
- Great work ethic with a passion for exceeding member expectations and a commitment to excellence resulting in high quality member and guest service.
