Backup Solution Architect

About the role

A backup solution architect is needed to design, implement, and manage backup solutions for our clients' cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in network management, storage systems, data protection, configuration management, and infrastructure management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement backup strategies for cloud environments
• Manage and optimize backup processes to ensure high availability and recovery time objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and integrate backup solutions into existing IT infrastructures
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients and team members
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in backup and disaster recovery solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Strong understanding of network management, storage systems, and data protection technologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
