Backroom Team Associate

About the role

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and receive freight
• Stock new freight in the backroom and on the sales floor
• Organize and maintain backroom inventory

Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds
• Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts (may be necessary)

Pay

Hourly wage: $16.50 – $29.50 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

• Annual or quarterly performance incentives
• Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour for specific circumstances (schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed); multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met
