Backroom Team Associate

Pay

Hourly wage: $16 – $29 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Employment type: Full‑Time.

Available shifts: Opening, Morning.

Job Overview

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight, spending the majority of their time in the backroom.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and move freight to appropriate locations.
• Stock new merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the backroom.
• Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts when required.

Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds.
• Capability to operate heavy machinery (e.g., forklifts) as needed.
