Backroom Team Associate

About the role

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and stock new freight.
• Spend majority of time in the backroom.
• Lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds.
• Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts when necessary.

Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy objects (>50 lbs).
• Ability to operate forklifts and other heavy machinery as needed.

Pay

Hourly wage: $15 – $28 per hour (will meet or exceed local minimum wage). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums can apply.

Employment type: Full‑Time. Available shifts: Opening and Morning.
