Backroom Team Associate

Pay

Hourly wage: $14 – $27 per hour (actual rate meets or exceeds the applicable local minimum wage). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour; multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

About the role

Stocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight, spending most of their time in the backroom. The role requires the ability to lift heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds and may require operating heavy machinery such as forklifts.
