About the role
This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and build of core platform services for security events processing
- Drive the architecture of the Detection Content Management Platform and CI/CD tooling
- Develop scalable and resilient microservices using Go and key technologies like Kubernetes
- Contribute to the Unified Detections Management for a comprehensive detection experience
- Mentor mid-level and senior engineers while leading technical initiatives
- Architect features addressing operational stability and observability
- Collaborate with Product Management and engineering teams to create executable roadmaps
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development focused on large-scale distributed systems
- Deep expertise in modern programming languages, with a preference for Go
- Proven record in architecting highly available and scalable services in cloud environments (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure)
- Extensive experience with data streaming technologies (Kafka, Flink) and distributed computing
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and SIEM frameworks is a plus
- Excellent communication skills for articulating complex concepts to varied audiences
- Experience in a Staff-level role driving initiatives across teams

Pay
$120,000 – $180,000 annually
