Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age; possess a high school diploma at a minimum with an associate degree in business or accounting preferred.
• Dependable and reliable, capable of working flexible schedules that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Detail-oriented to avoid errors and recognize those made by others.
• Able to handle cash and security in the office area, prepare daily and weekly sales and cash reports, and maintain confidentiality.
• Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, and have strong numerical and computer skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specialized bookkeeping or accounting software, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Able to cover Administrative Coordinator absences and work weekends.
• Available to perform other duties as needed.
