Responsibilities
- Prep, cook, and plate food you're genuinely proud of, every shift.
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized, and work as one team, because none of us succeeds without all of us.
- Health, safety, and sanitation standards aren't a checklist here; they're the craft.
Requirements
- Take pride in real scratch cooking, even on the busiest night.
- Dependable, move with purpose, and clean as you go.
- No experience required; we’ll teach you the JNN way.
- Bring the fire; we’ve got the smoke.
- Physical demands: on your feet 8+ hours a day standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs in a live kitchen and stockroom areas; bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment operation are all part of the craft.
