BACK OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

About the role

Chartwells K12 is hiring a full-time BACK OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR at Clayton High School - 1 Mark Twain Circle, Saint Louis, MO 63105. Online applications are accepted only. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with occasional nights or weekends for catering events.

Responsibilities

• Supervises hourly associates to ensure their practices comply with company policies and procedures.
• Assists in ordering and keeping inventory of products.
• Maintains product cost and labor cost according to budget.
• Supervises and trains hourly staff to ensure policy and procedures are implemented.
• Maintains consistent, efficient service during peak hours.
• Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Pay

Fixed Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour.

Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available.

Schedule
