Back of House Kitchen Team Member

About the Role

We are currently looking for high-energy, hard-working team members to join our kitchen team. You’ll focus on food safety and delivering great food products that people will love, working directly with the Owner/Operator.

This role involves cook, food prep, line work, general cleaning, and opening/closing duties. Various shifts are available.

Schedule

Hours of operation are 6:30 AM–10:00 PM, Monday–Saturday. The restaurant is closed on Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare food
• Perform kitchen line work
• Handle general cleaning duties
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Work quickly and efficiently while maintaining food safety and cleanliness
• Maintain proper quality parameters
• Stand for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Sense of urgency and focus on food safety
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Consistency and reliability
• Cheerful and positive attitude
• Values teamwork and enjoys serving others

Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply. Prior experience as a cook, grill cook, fry cook, prep cook, line cook, chef, or restaurant crew member is not required but preferred.
