Back of House - Full time or Part time

About the role

Our Kitchen Team Member / BOH Crew Members work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The responsibility of our kitchen staff is to produce the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures. This role is generally offered as a full-time or part-time restaurant job.

Prior experience as a cook, grill cook, fry cook, prep cook, line cook, chef, or restaurant crew member is not required but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines
• Maintain proper quality parameters for food production
• Stand for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age to work in the back of house
• Consistency and reliability
• Cheerful and positive attitude
• Values teamwork
• Loves serving and helping others
• Availability to be scheduled for the 6 am shift is a plus
