About the role

Supports the management team in ensuring the restaurant is welcoming and customer-focused. Assists in managing the bar and kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operations and high standards are maintained. Manages the front of house area including greeting customers, taking orders, and managing the bar service.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and ensures they have a pleasant dining experience
• Takes and processes orders for food and drinks
• Manages the bar service, ensuring efficient and friendly service
• Ensures cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
• Supports the management team in maintaining high standards of service and hygiene

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
