About the role

Back of House Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience by delivering signature Chick-fil-A service and food. You’ll work directly for an independent Owner/Operator in a fun, fast-paced environment while gaining valuable life and professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly kitchen at all times
• Stay up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to Leadership
• Complete in-house training and stay current on any operational changes
• Perform opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A/SeaWorld Orlando rules and dress code
• Other duties as assigned
