Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Back of House team member to join our team in Moore, OK. The ideal candidate will support kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring a smooth workflow behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and ensure ingredients are ready for service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly.
• Receive and store deliveries, checking for quality and accuracy.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Support front of house staff as needed to ensure efficient service.
• Dispose of waste and recyclables properly.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
