We Are Hiring

We are hiring a Full-Time Back of House Associate to join our Dallas, NorthPark team. Our Retail team creates a transformative experience for each and every customer that visits one of our seventeen stores. We build connections with our customers through product education, world-class-service standards, and operational excellence. We pride ourselves in owning the offline touch point for our brand, and use it as an opportunity to foster a stronger Away community.

What You’ll Do

• Embody our brand standards and core values by being an excellent communicator, collaborator, and teammate
• Support the customer experience by managing stock and inventory processes, ensuring inventory accuracy standards are met
• Process new deliveries and customers shipments
• Support cycle counts and other key inventory events throughout the year
• Facilitate in-store programs and events as needed
• Maintain the integrity of the store and uphold our visual standards

Who You Are

• Have inventory experience in a customer focused setting (strongly preferred but not required)
• Be an excellent communicator with a passion for operational excellence
• Be comfortable working on the sales floor as needed
• Be flexible to support as needed on the sales floor, delivering best-in-class, exceptional customer service to every person, every time
• Maintain cool under pressure
• Be an effective and expedient problem-solver with a keen attention to detail
• Have the ability to pull, push, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds throughout the duration of a work shift
• Be able to stand/be on feet for extended periods of time throughout the duration of a work shift
• Have the ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach as needed throughout the duration of a work shift

What We Offer

• Pay Range: $17.00 hourly
