About the Company
Reo.Dev is an AI-native go-to-market (GTM) intelligence platform designed for developer-first software companies. It captures and analyzes developer activity signals—such as code interactions, package installs, and documentation usage—to identify real buying intent and convert it into actionable insights for sales, marketing, and revenue teams. By connecting developer behavior with commercial outcomes, Reo.Dev enables companies to prioritize high-intent accounts, improve pipeline visibility, and accelerate revenue growth.

- Participate in roadmap discussions and customer conversations.
- Solve customer problems by writing code.
- Work closely with Product Managers and other engineers.
- Architecture & Data Systems
- Deep dive into architecture to handle enormous amounts of first-party and third-party data from channels such as open source, developer forums and communities, telemetry, product analytics, and numerous others.
- Build robust architectures capable of handling huge volumes of data (in terms of TBs) with fault tolerance, high availability, data integrity, and intelligence.
- Work closely with the CTO and Principal Engineers to build an architecture that solves customer problems in the most efficient way.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience as a Backend Engineer for data-centric SaaS products; ideally in an early-stage startup.
