Back End Developer
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance backend systems to support campaign management and advertising technology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
- Optimize database performance and ensure efficient data handling.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in backend development.
- Proficiency in Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot/Web Flux frameworks.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and REST API development.
- Experience with Kafka and event-driven systems.
- Solid SQL skills with a focus on performance optimization in PostgreSQL/MySQL.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud-native applications.
- Experience with CI/CD processes.
- Knowledge of AdTech and analytics platforms like Big Query/GCP.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
