About the role

As part of our Consulting team, you will work on exciting projects around the itmX crm suite, collaborating with creative minds, experienced developers, and solution-oriented thinkers. You will not only code but also shape ideas that drive real value for our customers.

• Design, develop, and implement solutions in the SAP environment for the itmX crm suite using modern technologies (CDS, Fiori/UI5, RAP, BTP, ABAP OO) or learn them on the job.
• Act as a bridge between product development and consulting, working closely with project developers, consultants, and product management to understand requirements and shape solutions alongside customers.
• Accompany projects and development tasks from concept to go-live, including design, implementation, optimization, documentation, and testing to ensure high performance and stability.
• Work either from our office in Pforzheim or remotely from home.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and realize solutions in the SAP ecosystem for the itmX crm suite.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support projects from initial idea through to go-live, including testing and optimization.
• Ensure documentation and performance of stable processes.

Requirements

• A degree in IT or a comparable qualification—your passion for development and technology matters more than the title.
• Programming experience (e.g., in ABAP or another language) and a desire to grow in the SAP environment.
• A developer mindset: you want to understand what you build and how it helps the customer, not just write code.
• Ability to work independently, structured, and with a strong focus on quality.
• Enthusiasm for learning modern SAP technologies, agile methods, customer interaction, and teamwork.
• Curiosity, openness, and a growth mindset—you can learn the technical skills with us.
• Good English skills and willingness to travel occasionally.
