About the role

We are looking for an intern (minimum 2 months) who is passionate about the voice of the customer and has already gained initial experience in customer feedback, for example through market research. You will deepen your knowledge of researching customer opinions in dynamic online communities and support a small team across all areas.

Responsibilities

• Support a small team in researching and analyzing customer opinions in online communities
• Deepen your understanding of customer feedback mechanisms and market research methodologies

Requirements

• Interest in customer feedback and the voice of the customer
• Initial experience in market research or related fields
• Willingness to commit to a full-time internship for at least 2 months
