Babysitter and Tutor for School-aged Child

About the role

We are seeking a responsible and enthusiastic babysitter and tutor for our 8-year-old daughter in Hartford, CT.

Responsibilities

• Assist with academic tutoring, focusing on preparing for the 4th-grade school year by working through a 4th-grade workbook.
• Tutoring sessions will begin on July 13 and are scheduled for 2 hours per day, 3-4 days a week through September 1.
• Sessions can take place at a local library or in our home as per convenience.

Requirements

• No additional childcare tasks such as driving or feeding are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with 4th-grade curriculum is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
