About the role
Super Speciosa is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth in the smoke shop, convenience store, and distributor market. This in-person role is based at our Fort Lauderdale office and offers structured training, a supportive team environment, and a proven list of accounts.
Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Growth: Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote and sell Super Speciosa products
- Manage warm inbound leads—our brand is well-known, and we receive hundreds of inbound inquiries each year
- Increase same-store sales and drive repeat purchases through relationship building and upselling
- Work with an assigned list of accounts—no cold prospecting required
- Develop strong relationships with store owners, managers, and buyers
- Maintain an organized pipeline in our CRM system and provide timely follow-ups
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and consumer preferences to provide valuable insights to customers
- Become a product expert—we provide training and mentorship to help you sell with confidence

Requirements
- Sales-Driven: Strong experience making high-volume sales calls—you're comfortable spending most of your day on the phone
- Energetic & Competitive: You thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment and are motivated by success
- Relationship Builder: You know how to engage, influence, and retain customers
- Tech-Savvy: Experience using a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and Microsoft Office
- Industry Knowledge (Bonus): Experience selling into smoke shops, convenience stores, or distributors is a plus
