About the role
Join Our Team & Help Push the Boundaries of Possibilities for Our Communities! Target total compensation (base + commission) starts at $80,000 at 100% to goal for entry-level performers, with substantial upside for top producers. Earnings increase meaningfully with performance, the more you close, the more you earn. This is a new-business sales role built for driven hunters.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect and develop new B2B sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with small-to-medium and enterprise clients.
- Produce consistent sales results that meet or exceed defined sales production quota.
- Grow assigned commercial account base.
- Responsible for daily cold calling activities and funnel management.
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of data, Internet, video and voice products and associated applications.
- Manage sales leads.
- Produce competitive analysis and sales proposals.
- Responsible for forecasting and measuring results.
- Travel as needed within your assigned territory.
Requirements
- A positive, energetic attitude.

- Resilient.
- 1+ years of experience in Sales.
- Highschool diploma or GED required.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. (You’ll be on the road, helping businesses in neighborhoods!)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test is required.

Pay
Base pay is commensurable with experience. 3 months ramp, commission plan plus performance incentives.
