What You'll Do
- Identify and qualify new leads, prospects, and referrals to generate consistent monthly sales
- Schedule and lead sales appointments to assess needs and present tailored service solutions
- Build rapport and trust with potential clients to close deals and grow long-term partnerships
- Dedicate at least 20 hours per week to prospecting activities
- Maintain detailed and organized client information in the CRM system
- Use warm calling and relationship-building strategies to engage with decision-makers
- Maintain an active pipeline via your personal "Hot 25" prospects list
- Deliver exceptional service throughout the entire sales process
- Collaborate with internal teams and maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach
Requirements
- A high school diploma required; bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- 2-3 years of B2B sales experience with proven success in meeting or exceeding targets
- A "hunter" mentality - self-motivated, proactive, and goal-driven
- Prior formal sales training (e.g., Sandler, Dale Carnegie) is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- A high attention to detail and follow-through
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
