A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) is seeking a motivated and driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our presence throughout the Detroit market. This opportunity is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys prospecting, cold calling, networking, and closing new business.

Qualifications

  • Preferred Experience: 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience preferred
  • Proven track record of generating new business and closing deals
  • Strong cold-calling, prospecting, and business development skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage a sales territory
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
  • Industry Experience Preferred: Experience in any of the following industries is highly valued: commercial cleaning or janitorial services, facility services, HVAC, landscaping, paving, property services, building maintenance, other business-to-business service industries
  • Territory: Detroit Metro Area and surrounding markets
