B2B Marketing Lead
Brief Overview
The role of B2B Growth Operator at Wispr Flow is to bridge product-led growth with sales-assisted revenue, focusing on converting organic user adoption into enterprise pipeline and revenue. This position will own the entire B2B marketing surface area, including web experience, content strategy, demand generation, and conversion optimization.
Responsibilities
Own the B2B web experience and conversion infrastructure
Revamp B2B landing pages & overall site architecture
Audit and rebuild web presence and enterprise-facing surfaces
Create ROI calculator and value proof tools
Optimize conversion paths end to end
Update lifecycle communications
Drive case study and proof engine
Own B2B content strategy and thought leadership
Support B2B paid and ABM
Leverage PQA engine
Requirements
PLG-to-enterprise bridge building experience
Customer insight to strategy translation
Full-stack B2B content and conversion skills
Data fluency
AI-native operations
Speed and independence
Qualifications
Has personally built or significantly contributed to a B2B marketing function at a product-led growth company
Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information
Brings recommendations, not questions
Benefits
Compensation Range: $180K - $220K
