Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to book qualified B2B appointments.
- Schedule and confirm high-quality appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM for visibility.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly appointment targets.
- Nurture prospects through targeted outreach to sustain interest.
- Maintain professional and consultative communication with prospects.
- Utilize sales metrics to identify coaching opportunities and improve skills.
- Collaborate with sales to ensure smooth handoff of qualified meetings.
- Coordinate with marketing to optimize messaging, sequences, and campaigns.
- Provide feedback on campaign performance and lead quality.
- Audit and adapt to a growth-oriented culture with ongoing learning and development.
Qualifications
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly appointment targets and KPIs.
- Proven ability to qualify inbound/outbound B2B leads and book qualified appointments.
- Track and schedule high-quality appointments with accurate CRM updates and follow-ups.
- Demonstrate consultative, professional communication with prospects.
- Research target accounts to tailor outreach and improve conversion rates.
