Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to book qualified B2B appointments.
  • Schedule and confirm high-quality appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM for visibility.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly appointment targets.
  • Nurture prospects through targeted outreach to sustain interest.
  • Maintain professional and consultative communication with prospects.
  • Utilize sales metrics to identify coaching opportunities and improve skills.
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure smooth handoff of qualified meetings.
  • Coordinate with marketing to optimize messaging, sequences, and campaigns.
  • Provide feedback on campaign performance and lead quality.
  • Audit and adapt to a growth-oriented culture with ongoing learning and development.

Qualifications

  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly appointment targets and KPIs.
  • Proven ability to qualify inbound/outbound B2B leads and book qualified appointments.
  • Track and schedule high-quality appointments with accurate CRM updates and follow-ups.
  • Demonstrate consultative, professional communication with prospects.
  • Research target accounts to tailor outreach and improve conversion rates.
  • Utilize sales metrics to identify coaching needs and improve skills.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize messaging, sequences, and campaigns.
  • Provide actionable feedback on campaign performance and lead quality.
  • Audit and adapt to a growth-oriented culture with ongoing learning and development.
