B2B Hospitality Sales - Entry Level

About the role

Entry-level B2B Outside Sales Representative position. You will generate your own leads, lease commercial dishwasher machines, and upsell cleaning and disinfecting products. Paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Prospect restaurant and foodservice operations within a protected territory.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline through relationship building and strategic outreach.
• Gather and utilize business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls and product presentations.
• Research and recommend additional markets for business expansion.
• Prepare for and attend weekly sales meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B Sales, Door-to-Door (D2D) Sales, or Route Sales.
• Restaurant Management or Hospitality experience.
• Retail Management or Business Development experience.

• Valid driver’s license.

Pay

• Base Salary: $42,000 + uncapped commissions.
• First-Year Earnings: $80,000–$90,000.
• Second-Year Earnings: $90,000–$100,000.
