B2B Freelance Sales Field Representative (Miami)
About the role
Sqwad is launching one of Europe’s largest marketplaces in the U.S., and we’re hiring Field Representatives to lock in prime business locations before competitors do.
Responsibilities
- In-person outreach to local businesses in your assigned area
- Introducing Sqwad’s partnership opportunity (no selling involved)
- Speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers
- Securing signed partnership agreements
- Building early market presence by locking in key locations
- Logging activity and leads using simple digital tools
- Passing qualified opportunities to the internal sales team
Requirements
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-focused individuals
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Strong communicators who handle objections confidently
- Organized, reliable, and proactive
- Comfortable using basic tools like Google Sheets or CRM platforms
- Registered freelancer (1099)
- Must be located in Miami
- Native or fluent English speaker
Qualifications
- Field outreach or door-to-door experience (preferred but not required)
- Experience with Google Sheets (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot (preferred but not required)
Skills
- Confidence in face-to-face interactions
- Effective communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills
Benefits
- $20/hour guaranteed base pay
- $130 per activated partnership agreement
- Unlimited earning potential
- Top performers earn up to $500 per day
