About the role
We are looking for an eCommerce B2B Manager to join our eCommerce team. This role will serve as the lead point of contact with external distributor partner digital teams and focus on managing lower funnel KPI campaigns such as ROAS, direct response, online sales, or growing market share.
Responsibilities
- Manage lower funnel KPI campaigns (ROAS, direct response, online sales, market share growth).
- Provide eCommerce expertise across self-serve ad platforms, creative best practice, online merchandising, email, and data analysis.
- Create and analyze actionable reports and data scorecards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external distributor partner digital teams.
- Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree; specialization preferred in eCommerce, digital marketing, or shopper marketing.
- 3–5 years of experience managing lower funnel KPI campaigns in B2B environments within CPG.
- Hands-on management of self-serve ad platforms such as Carrot Ads, Criteo, or Google Ads Manager.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Very strong writing and negotiation skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of the alcohol spirits industry 3-tier system.
- Experience collaborating and influencing CPG brand marketing and sales teams.
- Experience working with and managing third-party agencies.
- Excellent attention to detail, verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage complex markets and achieve business objectives with minimal supervision.
- Capacity to handle multiple projects in a timely manner within a lean organization.

Pay
The salary range for this role, based out of the NYC office, is $93,617 – $102,579.
